A robust trailing succulent plant with thick fleshy, heart shaped leaves produced in pairs. Light pink mauve flowers bloom from spring to autumn. Grow in a well lit indoor or patio position, in a pot or hanging basket and apply complete fertiliser in during spring. Keep moist during dry months
