• Safe drop-off

  : If you’re not home, our driver will leave your plants in a shaded, secure spot. (It’s best to bring them inside or water them when you can.)* After delivery: Once your plants are dropped off, we trust you’ll give them the love they need! Please note that after delivery any loss or damage is outside our control – so keep an eye on those precious plants.

Returns & Exchanges

Your happiness is our number one priority! If a plant arrives damaged or not as expected, please contact us immediately. We will happily exchange it within 7 days of delivery.
